1. Digital products

Due to the nature of digital content (meditations, guides, written material), no refunds are provided, as the product is delivered instantly.

2. Consultations and services

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations are non-refundable.

3. Physical products
Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The item must be unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer unless the item is defective.
